DIRECTIONS: HOW TO SETUP YOUR NEW PUCK TV GUIDE ON A FIRE TV DEVICE
*Check your Fire TV Apps in your SETTINGS to see if you have the DOWNLOADER APP already installed, if it is installed – jump to STEP 10:
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DOWNLOADER APP INSTALLED OR YOU HAVE A BRAND NEW FIRE TV DEVICE START AT STEP 1:
Step 1:
1. Press SETTINGS tab on the top row of Fire TV device.
2. Scroll to and press MY FIRE TV or DEVICE.
3. Press DEVELOPER OPTIONS.
4. Press both OPTIONS to ON.
5. Press HOME button on your remote.
6. Scroll over & press APPS.
7. Press CATEGORIES.
8. Scroll down to and press UTILITIES.
9. Locate and Install the free DOWNLOADER App.
10. Open DOWNLOADER app & type into the URL BAR: vizionsmart.com
11. Click DOWNLOAD & SETUP Button then [download id=”330″]
12. Press GO (IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY DOWNLOAD)
13. After download is complete, Press OPEN
14. Press SHORT ARROW to your left
15. Press EXTENDED SETTINGS
16. Scroll down and Press BACKUP AND RESTORE
17. Press LOAD A PREVIOUSLY MADE CONFIGURATION BACKUP
18. Enter your ACCOUNT CODE: —— (CODE WILL BE SENT BY EMAIL OR TEXT – CURRENT CUSTOMERS CAN SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR A ACCOUNT CODE)
19. Press NEXT and Press OK
20. EXIT the APP and RE-ENTER the APP (LIVE STREAM button should be RED, please give time for service to load)
*** LET APP LOAD & ENJOY WATCHING..

1. GO TO YOUR GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND DOWNLOAD “DOWNLOADER APP” then follow the directions above.
Or follow Steps above using your device INTERNET BROWSER to complete setup. (You might have to use a mouse to help you navigate the screen)
TYPE THE ABOVE PROVIDED URL INTO YOUR DEVICE INTERNET BROWSER TO DOWNLOAD & INSTALL.
